Delete Your Data

You have full control over your data. All fasting data is stored locally on your device and can be deleted at any time.

No account, no server data. Because Zeti stores all data locally on your device and requires no account, there is no data held on our servers to delete. The steps below permanently remove all data from your device.

Delete data from within the app

Open Settings

Tap the Settings tab at the bottom of the app.

Scroll to Reset

Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen to find the Reset section.

Tap Reset All Data

Tap "Reset All Data" and confirm the prompt. All fasting history, journal entries, mood logs, weight logs, and preferences will be permanently deleted from your device.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your fasting history, journal entries, and all logs are gone and cannot be recovered.

Submit a formal deletion request

If you'd prefer to submit a written data deletion request, email us at the address below. Include the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and your device platform (iOS/Android). We will confirm receipt within 5 business days.

Analytics opt-out

On iOS, you can revoke analytics permission at any time in your device's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, you can opt out of analytics in Settings → Privacy → Ads. If you opt out, no usage data is collected going forward.
