By downloading, installing, or using Zeti ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and 14453450 Canada Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Sell, sublicense, or distribute the App to third parties
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

3. Health Disclaimer

Zeti is a wellness tracking tool intended for informational purposes only. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fasting protocol, particularly extended fasts. Do not use Zeti as a substitute for professional medical advice.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for any decisions you make based on information within it. You agree to:

• Use the App in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws
• Provide accurate information when using App features
• Take full responsibility for your fasting and health decisions
• Not use the App if you have a medical condition that makes fasting unsafe without supervision

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code, and features within the App are the exclusive property of 14453450 Canada Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Zeti" and the Zeti logo are trademarks of 14453450 Canada Inc.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content within the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 14453450 Canada Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to personal injury, health outcomes, data loss, or loss of profits.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via app update release notes. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
